Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), alone or in combination, remains the mainstay of first-line treatment for locally advanced and early-stage metastatic prostate cancer. Emerging data seems to present different clinical profile of different modalities of ADT including Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist and agonist.
