Illustrated by Chef Shalit in the preparation of healthy IBD meal, Prof. Levine explained specific protein intake and its association with IBD risk based on clinical studies, advising what dietary recommendations for IBD patients (CD and UC respectively) by IOIBD, alluding to triggering dietary factors on host barrier and immune system in the pathogenesis of CD, effects of Western diet.
